Boneless chicken breast...trimmed
Dry Italian dressing mix
Rinse chicken breasts and trim off yucky parts...excess skin or fat.
Melt margarine in "dipping" bowl and also melt a little bit in microwave pan.
Crush rice krispies in a plastic bag. Add dry Italian mix.
Dip chicken in margarine.
Shake chicken in bag. Lay pieces in pan.
(I pour the excess dipping butter and excess crumb mixture over the top of all the pieces.)
Cover with good quality plastic wrap.
VENT ONE CORNER!
Cook 20 minutes on high.
