Recipe for Aunt Cynthia's Christmas Salad Dressing

Ingredients:   1 cup mayo
1 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup white vinegar
4 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
Peeled apples

Baby spinach
Dried cranberries
Walnuts
Procedure:   Whisk mayo, syrup, vinegar, and sugar. Add oil and whisk until it thickens. Cut the peeled apples into small chunks. Add to dressing.

Dressing may be stored up to 3 days. Re-whisk before using.

Serve over baby spinach, cranberries, and walnuts.
Yields:   about 2 cups
