Recipe for Campbell's® Mushroom-Garlic Oven Baked Risotto

Type:   Side
Ingredients:   1 can Campbell's® Creamy Mushroom and Roasted Garlic Soup
3 1/3 cups water
1 1/4 cups uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 cup silvered almonds
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
Procedure:   MIX soup, water, rice, almonds and thyme in 2-qt. casserole. Cover.

BAKE at 375°F. for 45 min. or until rice is done. Stir. (Risotto will absorb liquid as it stands.)
Yields:   Serves 4
