Recipe for Spinach Breakfast Treat

Ingredients:   12 puff pastry shells
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup whole milk
1 1/4 cup Fortina cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt/pepper
12 ounces chopped spinach, squeezed
3-5 green onions
Procedure:   Preheat oven to 400º. Bake puff pastry shells 20 minutes. Cut off the tops. Mix cream, milk, cheese, spinach, and onions. Fill puff pastry. Cook 20 more minutes.
Yields:   12 treats
