Recipe for Egg Casserole

Type:   Other
Ingredients:   2 slices white bread
6 eggs
1 cup cheese
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
other breakfast ingredients:
bacon
sausage
onion
mushrooms
green pepper
olives
hot peppers
Procedure:   Crumble bread and spread in bottom of greased 9"x12" pan.
Spread breakfast ingredients over, including cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes.
Yields:   1 pan
