1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3 slices shredded bread ( or just use bread crumbs)
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cube bouillon crumbled
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Mix the glaze ingredients together. Save enough to spread on the top of the meatloaf.
Use the rest of the glaze in the meatloaf mixture.
Mix the glaze, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, bouillon, and lemon juice together.
Form a loaf.
(Or use muffin cups)
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Or if using muffin cups, bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Spread the glaze on top during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
