1 cup Crisco 4 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted 2-3 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon almond extract |
Procedure: |
Cream together the Crisco and sugar using a whisk attachment. Add the milk to the desired consistency. Add the almond extract. Note: This frosting doesn't work well in hot, humid weather. When making roses, add more sugar and less milk to create a denser frosting. If the frosting is not sweet enough, add more sugar and a bit more milk. |
