Recipe for Cherry Topped Icebox Cake

Type:   Dessert
Ingredients:   20 whole graham cracker
2 cups cold milk
1 package (6 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
1 3/4 cups thawed Cool Whip
2 can cherry pie filling
(May change pudding to chocolate and topping to 1 can chocolate frosting)
Procedure:   Line 13x9 pan with graham crackers. (Break into pieces if needed)
Mix milk and pudding at low speed and let stand 5 minutes.
Blend in whipped topping.
Spread 1/2 over graham crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Add other 1/2 of pudding mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers and then cherries.
Chill at least 3 hours.
Yields:   one batch
