Recipe for Toast Toppers

Type:   Appetizer
Ingredients:   French bread, sliced into 1/4" rounds
Olive oil
Assorted toppings--see below
Procedure:   Brush bread with olive oil or butter
Bake at 350º until crisp--about 15 minutes.
Toppings:
√Fig jam, gorgonzola cheese, and prosciutto
√Fig jam, goat cheese, and chopped walnuts
√Sliced figs, honey, sea salt
√Gorgonzola, sliced pears
Yields:   a bunch
