Recipe for Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:   1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups Bisquick
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Procedure:   Heat oven to 400ยบ.
Beat egg, add Bisquick and milk. Stir to make soft dough.
Pat or roll out into rectangle about 10 x 8 inches.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up tightly beginning with wide side.
Seal by pinching edge of dough into roll.
Place sealed side down on ungreased baking sheet.
Make cuts almost through roll at 1" intervals. If desired, form into crescent.
Bake 20 minutes.
While warm, add glaze of 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar and 2 teaspoons warm water.
Yields:   10-12 slices
