Recipe for Spiced Pecans

Ingredients:   1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 pound pecans
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Procedure:   Whip egg white and water until frothy.
Coat pecans with egg white mixture.
Mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon and mix with pecans.
Place pecans on cookie sheet. One layer is preferable.
Bake at 250 degrees for about 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
Other nuts may be used.
Yields:   one batch
