Recipe for Spinach (seafood) dip

Type:   Appetizer
Ingredients:   1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed)
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 cup mayonaise
1 1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package dry vegetable soup mix
salt/pepper
garlic powder
Procedure:   Mix everything together. Portions really don't matter. Chill before serving.
Yields:   one bowlful
