Recipe for Park Chow Pasta

Type:   Dinner
Ingredients:   2 cooked boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
10 oz. crimini mushrooms, sliced
2 springs rosemary leaves, chopped
1 jar tomato-basil spaghetti sauce (~20 oz)
1 small jar alfredo-style pasta sauce (~12 oz)
Procedure:   Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add mushrooms and saute until softened.
Add chicken.
Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

Add jarred sauces and bring to a simmer. Serve over fusilli pasta.
Yields:   8 servings
