Recipe for Beef Burritos

Type:   Dinner
Ingredients:   1 chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups chopped cooked beef (leftovers!)
1 jar prepared taco sauce
1 can diced green chile peppers
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
grated cheddar cheese
tortillas
lettuce
Procedure:   Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add everything else and cook until thickened.
Serve in tortillas with lettuce and cheese.
Yields:   8 servings
