Recipe for Marinated Carrots

Type:   Side
Ingredients:   2 pounds cooked, cooled, and sliced carrots
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 cup salad oil
1 can condensed cream of tomato soup
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
salt and pepper


Procedure:   Layer veggies.
Blend other ingredients and pour over veggies.
Marinate overnight or longer.
Freezes well.
Yields:   a large bowl
