Recipe for Holiday Chicken Salad

Type:   Dinner
Ingredients:   4 cups cubed cooked chicken meat
1 cup mayonaise
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped celery
2 green onions, chopped (or regular onions)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspon seasoned salt
Procedure:   Mix mayo, paprika, and salt, Blend in craisins, celery, pepper, onion, nuts. Add chopped chicken. Mix well. Chill.
Serve on lettuce or in sandwiches.
(dried cranberries are located near the raisins and other dried fruit in the supermarket.)1
