Recipe for Pumpkin Bread Muffins

Ingredients:   1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup white flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups sugar
1.2 cup raisins (optional)
Procedure:   Mix oil, eggs, water, and pumpkin. Add flours, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and baking soda. Add sugar.
Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full.
Bake 25 minutes at 350º.
Yields:   about 2 dozen
