Recipe for Cheese Puffs

Type:   Appetizer
Ingredients:   1 loaf bread
1 package (3 0unce) cream cheese
1/4 pound shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter
2 egg whites--beaten stiff
Procedure:   Trim crusts, cut into one inch cubes.
Melt cheese and butter over hot water. Fold in egg white.
Dip bread cubes and place on greased cookie sheet.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 400º for 12-15 minutes.
Yields:   4 dozen
