1 large can crushed pineapple 2 cans mandarin oranges 1 box rosa marina (pasta) (cooked and cooled) 1/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 2-3 tablespoons flour cool whip...1 large and 1 small |
Procedure: |
Drain pineapple and oranges and save juice. In sauce pan combine juices, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, and 2-3 tablespoons flour. Heat on low, stirring until thickened. Mix with cooked, drained, cooled pasta. Refrigerate. Fold in cool whip just before serving. |
