1 pound bulk pork sausage 1 slightly beaten egg 1/3 cup bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon sage 1/2 cup ketchup 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 1 Tablespoon vinegar 1 Tablespoon soy sauce |
Procedure: |
Mix sausage, egg, crumbs, sage and shape into small balls. Brown slowly. Pour off excess fat. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over balls. Simmer 30 minutes. A crock pot works well for keeping these warm when serving. Triple the recipe for 20- 25 people. |
