1 pint light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup freeze-dried coffee granules
5 ounces boiling water
21 ounces 100 proof vodka
1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
Combine corn syrup, sugar and water in pan. Simmer over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Combine coffee granules and boiling water. Add to syrup mixture.
Add vodka and vanilla bean.
Let age 2 weeks.
Serve straight, with milk, over ice, or in coffee.
