Recipe for Chicken a la Charlie

Type:   Dinner
Ingredients:   8 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup white wine
1 cup sliced mushrooms...canned or fresh
Procedure:   Preheat oven to 350º.
Place chicken pieces in 9x13 baking dish. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning.
In large bowl, combine sour cream and soups. Mix well. Add wine and mushrooms.
Pour mixture over chicken and bake for about an hour.
Yields:   8 portions
