Ingredients: |
1 can cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom) soup 1 pint sour cream boneless chicken breasts Stove Top stuffing (prepared) |
Procedure: |
Boil chicken until cooked and drain off water. Cut into chunks. Lay chicken chunks in a glass baking dish. In a bowl, combine the soup and sour cream. Spread mixture over chicken chunks. Spoon pre-prepared stuffing over the chicken and sour cream mixture. Place baking pan in oven. Bake 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until it bubbles. |
