Recipe for Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Type:   Dessert
Ingredients:   Cupcakes:
3 8 ounce packages cream cheese
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Topping:
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Procedure:   Mix the cupcake ingredients together. Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Mix topping ingredients while cupcakes are baking. Remove cupcakes from oven and cool about 5 minutes. Top with sour cream mixture. Bake about 5 minutes.
Refrigerate.
Top with favorite pie fillings.,,cherry, strawberry, pineapple, blueberry .
