Recipe for Aunt Theresa's Cheese Cake

Type:   Dessert
Ingredients:   3 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 cup sugar
5 eggs--separated
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vanilla
Procedure:   Beat egg whites in separate bowl.
Put egg yolks, vanilla, flour, sugar, corn starch in bowl and beat. Add cream cheese and sour cream and beat.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake in spring form pan at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
After baked, brown under broiler if desired.
Yields:   1 cake
