2 2/3 cup confectioner's sugar 2/3 cup soft butter 2 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate, cooled 3/4 teaspoons vanilla 2 tablespoons milk |
Procedure: |
In small mixing bowl, blend sugar, butter, chocolate, and vanilla. Gradually add milk. Beat until smooth and fluffy. (Although this is supposed to frost 2 layers, I would doubt it. I suggest increasing the recipe...doubling is usually enough) |
Yields: | Enough to frost two 9 inch layers |
