1 1/2 pounds ground beef
Morningstar ground vegetable protein
1 medium chopped onion
Some garlic powder
1 can stewed or crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can water
2 cans Allen's chili beans
1 can light red kidney beans...drained
1 teaspoon chili powder/some cumin/
Brown the ground beef or vegetable protein with the onion and some garlic powder. Add everything else and simmer until thick.
Serve over white rice.
