Recipe for Lemon Blueberry Bundt Cake

Ingredients:
1 lemon cake mix
1 (8 ounces) carton plain yogurt or sour cream
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup blueberries...fresh or frozen, rinsed,
drained

Procedure:
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease and flour bundt pan.
Mix all ingredients except the blueberries. Mix at medium speed for two minutes.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.

(Optional glaze...confectioner's sugar and lemon
juice)

Yields:
1 cake
