Recipe for Chocolate Raspberry Bundt Cake


1 package chocolate cake mix
1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries in light syrup...thawed
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1/2 cup water
3 eggs

Heat oven to 325. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.*
Mix on medium for 2 minutes. Increase speed to medium/high for 3 minutes. Spoon into prepared pan.
Bake at 325 for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan. Cool completely.

*I save a little bit of the juice and mix it with either chocolate frosting or 10x sugar to make a glaze for the cake.
