Recipe for Chicken Dijon casserole


2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 large head broccoli, cut into florets (or frozen)
1 can cream of chicken soup
about 1 cup sour cream (or mayo)
2-3 Tb honey
1-2 Tb dijon mustard
prepared stuffing (such as Stove Top)
shredded Fontina cheese (optional)

Place cubed chicken and broccoli florets in a rectangular baking dish.
Mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream or mayo, honey, and mustard. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Cover with crumbled cooked stuffing. Sprinkle with shredded cheese (if using).

Bake at 350 until bubbling, about 20-30 minutes.
